Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at sales@ceramicshut.com before the 14-day period expires and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the item back within 14 calendar days to the address below:

Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the item in the same way that you would be allowed to inspect it in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please package ceramic items carefully and securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or if you received the wrong item.

Contact us at sales@ceramicshut.com and include your order number and photographs showing the item and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair or refund. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

After we issue the refund, your bank or card provider may require additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that the refund was issued, contact us at sales@ceramicshut.com.
